Application Information
If you live in Toledo, or within a 50-mile radius, you may obtain applications from the city office at One Government Center, Suite 1920, Toledo, Ohio. Government Center is located on the corner of Erie and Jackson Streets in downtown Toledo. You may obtain applications between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. |
It is the policy of the City of Toledo to mail applications
only to those persons who live more than 50 miles from
Toledo. If you live more than 50 miles away from Toledo
and would like an application mailed to you, please email
to the city your name, mailing address and the job title(s)
of the applications you wish to receive by clicking on
